At Carringtons Coffee Co we've named our house coffee "Doghouse" because we adore dogs and we don't want you to find yourself in the doghouse with naff coffee. To meet our Doghouse standard it has to be a specialty single origin coffee (no blends required here folks) that can handle our darkest roast profile (no coffee is burnt/ harmed during the making of this roast) and it must pair exceptionally well with milk and alternatives. It's simply bangin', crema and all.
