Humanity runs on coffee. Its time to give back.Tarrazú
This coffee is the first from Costa Rica to add to the Big Dog collection. Mr. Roger Solis Mora is the farmer responsible for this sweet, bold lot, characteristic of the Tarrazu region. The yellow honey process provides a zesty, caramel as espresso and a clean, stone fruits mouth feel as a filter.
The coffee of the Tarrazú region is one of the most recognised in Costa Rica and has created a great reputation around the world. This production is between 1,700 and 1,950 meters above sea level, with an ideal climate and soil conditions for cultivation. Most of the plantations are under shade, with varying trees in the area.
